The objective of the research study was to design an instructional model using a digital classroom communication network through AAA model for improving the 21st century learning skills of undergraduate students. The researchers divided the methodology into two steps: 1) the design of the instructional model and 2) the evaluation of the design of the instructional model. The subjects in the research study included five experts in the fields of instructional media design, digital media, and communication, and information technology. All experts were derived from purposive sampling. The research tool was the evaluation form of the model. The instructional model consisted of three main factors, which were: 1) Analysis, 2) Activities, and 3) Assessment of Skills. The learner, device, needs, content, and context were analyzed. Activities consisted of virtual presentations, social media, jigsaw puzzles, cooperative learning, and games. Assessments were made through tests, oral, practice, training, and authentic assessment. The results of model evaluation in terms of suitability by the experts showed that the model was very suitable.
